The Cirrus 3 Electronic Cigarette is for someone who really wants to invest in a worthy e-cig. Many other brands create starter packs, but from my testing the Cirrus 3 really out does them all. The Cirrus 3 has 6 different levels of nicotine cartridges available, ranging from Double Extra Strength, to Nicotine free. The also have a range of flavors such as menthol, espresso, vanilla, strawberry, clove, and chocolate. The cartridges also have smooth draw technology. “The… cartridge looks like the filter portion of a tobacco cigarette. It contains nicotine, flavoring, and a propylene glycol-glycerin mixture, as well as a vaporizer. The vaporizer heats the liquid to produce the smoke-like vapor you see when you inhale and exhale.”

To top it all off the Cirrus 3 starter kit comes with 3 batteries and an AC adaptor for added convenience and value. I personally think this is the best invest anyone can make when purchasing an electronic cigarette.
